A380 LHR-DXB-SYD June 2014 LHR-DXB fantastic service good seats great food! DXB-SYD horrific, requested 3 seats together at DXB counter when checking in -check in staff staff rude and unaccomodating - husband was placed on other side of plane many rows away! Food absolutely horrible. Staff rude, more interested in spending time talking at rear of plane. We have flown many times with Emirates since its inception and have noticed a steady decline over the years. Lodged a compliant with the airline and did not even receive the courtesy of a reply. Now looking at other airlines as our preferred future choice.
