BA is safe, and the a/c are well maintained. Bus class seats bizarre. Food is down to British standard. Cabin crew attitude to 'colonials' is very poor. When will the Brits realise they don't 'rule the waves' any more? Heathrow arrival is plain nasty, like they don't want you to come. So I won't any more. Much nicer people in Ireland, France and Italy, and you can get there on nice airlines like Aer Lingus and Cathay. Pity British Midlands was taken over by BA.
