China Southern review by Olaf 2015-02-26

We had a returnflight from Amsterdam to Bangkok via Guangzhou for a good price. But I dont think we take this airline a next time. Service on some points is not very good and check in procedures can take very long.in Bangkok and Guangzhou. Check in in A'dam is good and handled by KLM. Flights were ok and on time. Not many drinks and poor englisch of staff sometimes. Problems started on the way back. The flight from Bangkok to A'dam was not well organised. Online check in at the site of KLM of China Southern seemed impossible. We had to check in at the airport. We arrived there very early (3 hours before departure) but there was a long line already and check in desk would only open 2,5 hours before departure. So we had to wait very long already to check in before they told us we could not sit together from Guangzhou to A'dam. That was very disappointed and strange because that flight would only leave 6 hours later. It took us lots of asking and asking again before they could arrange some bad seats together. After asking and asking in the plane again they arranged some other better seats for us luckily because other passengers in the back of the plane were complaining too.
