Cathay Pacific review by Annie 2013-12-22

Flew Melbourne - Hong Kong return, Outbound May, Inbound July 2013. Highly impressed with Customer Care: There was a couple on our return flight (HK>Mel)who had been having the 'trip home from hell' ! : the wife was very ill, LONG long delays between connecting flights etc. poor things. They were travelling economy class. As we boarded the Cathay return home flight we walked past them seated in Business Class ! The BRILLIANT Cathay people had upgraded them (not that the poor wife could appreciate it in her state). 11/10 for CATHAY service.
