If there was a way to give a - star ... they would get a few. The service received on Southwest airlines is the worse I have encounter! I flew this airlines many times in the past and stopped due to the service, tried again this week... AND THEY HAVE NOT CHANGED! The gate agents are rude, the customer service contact is non existent. The only people you can reach via the phone are reservation people and they have been instructed not to take complaints as NO ONE AT SOUTHWEST HEADQUARTERS WILL CALL YOU BACK... their statement not mine. IF SOUTHWEST IS GIVING AWAY FREE FLIGHTS... TAKE A CAR! IT IS NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION TO FLY WITH SOUTHWEST! If by any chance anyone at Southwest reads these... it is not the delays, it is not the planes... it is the people that make a business good or bad and it is the policies concerning the care of the customer. You need to train your people and review the policies of how to treat people that are missing connections, and set up a customer service line that is for just that... customer service.
