I took a flight on July 15th from Ottawa to Kelowna. When I arrived at the Ottawa airport I asked for help to get my boarding pass, and she walks away! On the flight from Vancouver to Kelowna I asked the male flight attendant to help me with my carry on luggage he said I dont do bags. You really feel like you are alone! Air Canada staff is not the most polite, and does not give great customer service! I usually take West Jet, but Air Canada had a seat sale. But, in the future I will take West Jet. The service on West Jet is like night, and day! West Jet can't do enough to help which is the opposite of aircanada.
