Have flown Zoo Class to KL with Air Asia several times. Booked again with them for November this year. They do a good job on single leg flights into KL their main hub. You get exactly what you pay for. Staff are always polite and helpful in my experience. We had an issue with a booking going Melb-Bali in their inaugural flights which did not have an approval (which turned up later on) Got a full refund back on paypal. If you have time and not too many connections to manage and wish to save money on flights to spend once you get there this may be a suitable option
