Subang-Penang. I had problem checking in online . So , I have called the customer service and find out that in their system my first name was recorded as my last name . They even change my first name by removing the space. Thus , I was unable to locate my reservation until I follow the instruction of the operator to misspell my first name , and key in my first name as last name. On the departure date, I asked the ground crew at the counter whether I should print out my e-boarding pass and she answer in negative . At the security point , I was stopped by the airport police and embarrass me for not being able to produce my boarding pass . I ran back to the counter in my high heels and again to the security check point after printing the boarding pass. What a day
