Economy Class

My return flight to Melbourne from Beijing on April 29th , 2015( CZ3104) was delayed . The next flight, from Guangzhou to Melbourne was at 9PM CZ321). On the ground floor, one person waiting for all to gather together to go to the next connection. As one passenger complained that we would be late, she ran through the airport to the VERY FAR AWAY GATE . Why the company never offered a cart as all other companies do in similar cases? Why I had to RUN like crazy, following the very rude woman from your company , who never stopped or even offered to help me with my backpack or hand luggage? I tried to talk to her, as i speak mandarin, and still she just laughed at me.No attention at all. I am 66 years old, and i don't want to run airport marathons because of your INCOMPETENT ground service staff. I was going to recommend China Southern for its good inflight services and flights because I work in China as a tour guide. You may forget my recommendations from now on.
