Philippine Airlines review by Maurice 2017-04-11

I tried flying with Philippine Airlines with my Mom. Boarding at NAIA terminal 2 was very chaotic and disorganized. My mom is a senior citizen, I was just shocked when some "eager" passengers tried to push my Mom away and they were trying to get ahead of her. I just can't imagine if she traveled alone. I will never entrust my Mom's safety and comfort with the airline. As they say, first impressions last, and this was really a disappointment. The flight attendants were not as friendly, as if they are forced to work, not knowing that it's their job to serve and wait on passengers, " glamorized ---i don' t want to mention anymore" . I flew with Qatar Airways business class in 2015, my flight attendant was a Filipina, she rendered an outstanding service. I don't know why FAs of PAL can't do the same. For 2016 PAL just ranked 83 or 84 in top 100 airlines of the world. I am not shocked with this at all. It deserves what it is suppose to, a FROWN.
