Delta Air Lines review by Casey 2015-07-03

I really hate to rate this airline low as I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and fly frequently but it is becoming increasingly more annoying to fly with this airline. Boarding is a cattle call. What once was split into 3 loading zones (excluding first class/sky priority with this complaint) is now a very small zone one and a seemingly 2/3 of the plane becoming zone 2. It is a mad rush at the gate. Once onboard, flight crews were allowing people seated at the back of the plane to stow carry ons up front for their convienence deplaning. this left those of us at the front of the plane who didnt want to participate in the crazy stampede to the ticket scanner having to stow ours to the middle to back of the plane. When the time came to deplane, those of us in the front were stuck being unable to deplane due to our carryons being stowed to the back and unable to make our way back there due to the hoard of people from the back already pushing their way forward. They have also replaced seats packing more people in tighter and while I am of avergae build, not obese, i sat with my arms almost crossed straight in front of me because seating is so tight. Flight crew rates10 though.
