British Airways have very bad customer service. I flew with them early this year with my infant and i was told at the point of purchase of my baby's ticket that he was entitled to a 23kg bag,a stroller and a car seat. I however got to the airport and i was made to pay 200$ for my baby's bag or they wouldn't carry it. I tried to argue this based on what i was told by their customer service rep over the phone and they totally didn't hear me out. I had a lay over in Heathrow and still complained at the BA counter and i was told that i was only misinformed,that my baby ain't entitled to any bag. I was so mad! What kinda of misinformation is that. I would therefore not be flying this airline again and would try and deter anyone trying to fly with them as i see they are not reliable. What if i didnt have a spare 200$ to pay on my travel date, would my luggage have been trashed?
