IndiGo review by Sarbendu 2016-01-13

I traveled by IndiGo last time (6E-348) on 12th November, 2015 from Kolkata to Hyderabad. I was really late in reporting and the boarding was complete by then. Due to the excellent ground staffs and coordination between them, I got the flight and reached my destination. The positive points are - 1. Cheap Ticket Price 2. Excellent Ground Handling 3. Well trained crew members 4. Safe and convenient 5. Absolutely on time Negatives are - 1. Illegal Conveyance Charges applied on ticket price 2. Only Economy Class available 3. Seat Booking online is chargeable 4. Legroom so short 5. Not always clean and hygienic due to heavy scheduling Overall I would like to say a Kudos to IndiGo for their overall services offerings.
