Economy Class

The airplane food & the size of the TVs on the plane were slightly above average. However, due to the service I received on SQ173 on 06/11/15 seats 40A-E, this will be the first & last time I ride with Singapore Airlines. We had a delay of 1.5 hrs which was only bothersome to me because there was a stewardess who was rude to my husband when asking her to fix a broken entertainment system. We pressed the service button to inform her of the issue after my husband tried many button-clicks to get the remote & entertainment system to respond. She comes over annoyed & starts condescendingly pressing all the buttons. She then commands, "I'm going to reset. Don't touch for 10 minutes." She could've spoken to my husband more politely. She also skipped my daughter when asking for drinks who was sitting next to me & moved to the row in front of us. When I asked her why my daughter was skipped, instead of apologizing, she was defensive. I really think Singapore Airlines should train their stewards to have better service because that's what sets airlines apart. Consumers have way too many options to settle on an airline that doesn't care about their customers.
