I used Indigo for the first time on 6E 63 from Mumbai to Dubai on 31st March 2016. I am 81 years and used your wheel chair service at Mumbai and Dubai airports. From the time I checked in at Mumbai airport your ground staff was most caring and loving and the wheelchair attendant took extremely good care of me. The cabin crew was also extremely helpful. Throughout the journey from check in to arrival I did not feel that I was travelling alone. Congratulations on recruiting such excellent staff and I wish you all the best to continue being such a good airline. I am sure I will receive the same hospitality on my return flight to Mumbai on 6E 64 on 29th April 2016. God Bless you all.
