Economy Class

The staff was incredibly rude and didn't help us with our bags when all overhead compartments were full. We had to continue to ask staff where we could place bags to no answer. We finally found empty chairs where we could place bags throughout cabin. This also became a problem when our bags were all throughout and we were held 30 minutes at gate because an agent was late. This was a 2 hour flight from San Francisco, CA and we were told no snacks were available? Only old sushi we had to pay for. United was a shorter flight earlier in the day, and I felt they were excellent compaired to Air Canada. Will not choose to fly again. EDITORS COMMENT: Air Canada operate a buy on board service like the US airlines for short haul and domestic flights.
