Malaysia Airlines review by Shaiban 2015-04-18

I am a frequent business traveller, travels with MH on DXB - KUL leg mostly. Even though I find the attention given by the crews is on the brink of unauthentic, I find the journey itself is commendable. Forget about the food because you know how atrocious is the sky food can be (exception for the satay and the peanut sauce - those are amazing!), but all in all, I can't point out the major fault at all. It is interesting to see most of the dissatisfactions come from Australian passengers. Perhaps the service expectation from them is too high, and a little hiccup leads to a major letdown.
