Economy Class

I booked a flight on Spirit.com and needed to change my dates. I was 3 hours past the 24 hour cut off so they advised that I would have to pay a fee to change or just rebook. If I booked through them over the phone or made revisions they would charge an extra fee. They explained it would be less expensive to rebook on the internet. The return flight did not need revision and I proceeded to rebook on the Internet. I departed a day earlier than my original flight and did not modify my return flight. My return flight was bought, paid for, and confirmed. I was never advised there would be forfeiture of both flights if I did not depart on my original flight. There are notes from my call that state they advised me to use online self service to save money. My return flight was scheduled for Monday February, 27 2017. I did not receive an email for confirmation of my next days flight as usual so I called the airline to confirm there were no problems. They first advised there was no flights scheduled for the 27th out of Latrobe to Myrtle Beach. She then advised there was but my reservation had been forfeited due to failure to board the original departing flight from Myrtle Beach. Latrobe is
