We flew from Cleveland to Orlando, and there was a two hour delay due to weather in Florida which was obviously out of Frontier's control. The flight itself was meh, nothing great. But when we landed, we had to wait over an hour sitting still inside the plane because apparently there were no gates open in the Orlando airport, which again, was out of Frontier's control. But every twenty minutes the pilot would say, "Everyone has to be sitting down in order for the plane to move" and no one would be allowed to get up. And yet the plane never moved until an hour and half after a child had a "medical emergency". Terrible. I was lucky I didn't have a connected flight or needed to use the restroom, but others weren't.
