Frontier Airlines review by James 2015-12-02

Frontier has recently replaced their seats with plastic lawn chairs. My butt was numb before we took off, and an hour later, my lower back was killing me. I was told that the entire fleet had been "upgraded". The seats have no padding, and are bolt upright with no adjustments. They have replaced the seat-back tray with something barely big enough to hold a cell phone, and I was so uncomfortable, there was no way I could sleep. The flight attendant actually told me that the CEO only cares for the bottom line. I don't care how cheap they manage to go. It isn't worth it.
