I am only about to travel and already can see level of service. Our flight is cancelled and we are moved to a later flight. This means adding 3 more hours in Manila domestic airport. Happy? Hell no. There is already 4 hours between flights and adding another 3 sucks. We asked to be moved to a different airline, which was declined. OK, I understand. We also asked to get an access to the PA lounge given we stuck in airport because of them. Again, declined. In fact the response was along the lines "Don't like it, go somewhere else. Will give you money back". I would do that, but we had to organise connecting flights fro Australia to China to Philippines to Boracau and back. Makes it impossible to change travel plans after everything is already booked and organised. So, if you can avoid PA, please do. I will in the future. They don't care about their customers, why give them your business?
