Just wanted to let you know that I am really dispointed about Oman Air. and their customer services. How come they never give answers in terms of complaints since November... We booked a flight on your company as we travelled to Dubai for 4 days 3night Due to the delay at Paris Airport (more than 2 hours and a half) thus we missed our connecting flight to Dubai. The flight proposed more than 4 hours after schduled flight and we missed activities we already booked. staff was not helping at all, Custumer care departments never replies. They just don't care about the travellers. I also know friends that had similar problems fliying to Colombo from Paris.
