Air France review by Moiz 2015-11-14

I am rating it poorly because of the flight that Air France operated from Mumbai to Paris was horrible. They must have looked for the oldest plane in their fleet to fly planes bound for India as I experienced on my way back. Surprisingly I had a much better experience with the same flight from Paris to Atlanta. How is this fair? Returning, I experienced that my seat would not stay upright even without pressing the button. I requested a chicken meal and because they "ran out" of it, without showing any sign of remorse, the attendant lady handed me a tuna meal as if she were giving it away for charity. I had never felt so humiliated flying ever before. In the older planes going from and back to Mumbai, the entertainment was not good because of the TV screens which were way too old to make use of. I don't understand why and how could Air France patronize it's indian customers? This is very insulting and as an india I feel there is more to it than it seems. I would request the airline company to at least acknowledge this. Thank you.
