Very Old Aircarft Still flying with 767s. Very poor services. 4 hours delay on flight from Toronto to Munich. No information provided by Ground Crew. Very poor service (foods and beverages). Make sure you buy something to eat before getting onboard. For 9 hours flight just one portion meal was served which was not enough. Instead of serving a hot breakfast as other alines do,on long haul flights they just served a peace of Banana bread . I ordered special meal but did not get. ask for blanket which my seat did not have from first place but they refused giving it to me because they did not have extra ones. Avoid flying with AirCanada . Horrible Airlines .
