Economy Class

I was invited by easyjet to try smartphone application which did not work properly and did not update information in time and this led my family to miss my flight and I had to pay extra £240 otherwise this would ruin my holidays as we had everything booked and paid for. This technical glitch is clearly easyJet company’s fault! But when I start chatting with customers services staff I was told that is not company’s fault, but it’s technical fault and they can't do me any refund!!! The EasyJet is worst airline company, their staff is rude and absolute unhelpful. While I was waiting in a queue it was a lot of other passengers with different issues and staff didn’t try to help them at all, just told them to wait. Staff is 100% set up to charge customer as much as possible for any request!!!
