Air New Zealand review by Jeremy 2016-01-21

I flew Air New Zealand for my first time. I was far from impressed and all the good things that i had heard about the airplane now seem fake. The service was horrendous, the flight attendants were rude and lazy, the food was subpar and something akin to finding in a homeless shelter. They give out thimble sized cups for water which is outrageous. The seats were some of the worst i have every had the misfortune of seating in. Luckily the flight back to LAX brought a better crew and a little better food. But i will never ever fly Air New zealand again unless i have to. I will choose American or United or Qantas and just connect from Sydney. Worst airline ever!!!!!!!
