Flight was cancelled to Singapore due to "Volancanic Ash", which is entirely reasonable. But, I'm curious as to how the Air Asia flight 5 minutes later, to the same destination, was able to depart and mine was not. Tried contacting them via Twitter, Facebook, Skype, and called numerous "customer help" phone lines. Not a single response and was hung up on repeatedly. I've flown JetStar before and had both pleasant service and reliability. Not this time. I will be joining the list of customers who refuse to use this airline after this debacle.
