Air New Zealand review by Gerardine 2016-07-03

My husband and I were disappointed with our flight with Air NZ. We paid extra to fly premium economy and feel our money was wasted as received no extra privileges and the food was certainly not up to standard for premium economy. The space saver seats we had were very uncomfortable, having previously flown with Virgin Atlantic on the first leg of our journey, we were very disappointed with Air NZ. EDITORS COMMENT: The things you get that you don't get in economy are noise canceling headphones, business class amenity kit, business class blanket, silverware and china crockery, business class meals and drinks list and obviously a lot more leg room.
