By far the worst airline I have ever flown. Customer service is a joke. Not informed about flight delays until and hour before the flight was suppose to take off. No ticketing agent to inform the line of waiting people that there was a delay. When the agents finally showed up they laughed when the line of people said we only received an hour prior to departure. They then charged some passengers for carry on baggage but not others. Will never fly with them again.
