I want to take some time to personally thank the cabin crew and pilots of flight 611 to Las Vegas for Thursday, April 13, 2017. My daughter had experienced a tramatic fall while bike riding in Central Park that Thursday morning. She was immediately taken to a hospital emergency room, which only left enough time for us to be rushed to the airport to catch our flight home. My daughter was given a cast to both arms and one of her knees was swollen, inhibiting her to walk. I had to practically carry my daughter from her wheelchair to her airplane seat because she couldn't walk. She weighs approximately 110 lbs and is as tall as me at 5'2" tall. JetBlue's crew were extremely accommodating and compassionate. They did not hesitate to rearrange our originally assigned seats - from row 29 to the first two seats on the plane. They also constantly checked in on us and ensured that there were crew members awaiting to assist us as we deplaned. I also want to note that me and my family were very impressed by both of our departing and returning flights. JetBlue'e customer service is exceptional. I cannot express how grateful I am to have been tended to by such a great team. Thank you!
