Terrible customer service I travelled with a group of 35 high school students fro Australia to France. Due to a schedule change by Singapore Airline we missed our connection in Zurich, even though it had been a one-ticket fare. The worst was that Singapore Airlines offered very little help and absolutely no assistance for what ended either as a 12 hour layover in Zurich or a forced airport change in Paris, from CDG to ORY. Under the ridiculous pretext of 'that it had not been part of our initial ticket' they refused to arrange a connection from Zurich via Geneva to our destination Nice. And they refused to arrange or pay for the coach I had to arrange between the two airports in Paris. Our experience with Singapore Airlines customer care was TERRIBLE.
