Ryanair review by n 2015-09-09

We traveled to Spain with ryanair. We started bording the plane and was welcomed by the rudest grumpiest head air stewardest. She spoke through the microphone but you could not understand a word she said. Then when the brought the drinks trolly out a nice male steward asked me what I would like before he could start giving me therder she spoke to him rudly having a go at him in spanish and then was very abrupt with me. She walked up and down the aisle as if she had a bad smell under her nose hitting any one that had an aisle seat. When I sent an email to ryanair I got a standard really sorry please fly with us again!! The rude grumpy air stewardess can sill go about her daily job being arrogant and rude to the public and the staff and doesnt get it in the ear.
