Singapore Airlines review by Carole

Many years ago I flew exclusively with SIA. This time my decision was exclusively based on price difference between them and Qantas. My memories of this airline were excellent, and overall I was pleased this time. On the flight to Singapore, the movies selection disappointed me. I watched a couple and was pleased I had not paid money to see them. On the return journey, none had been added, so I did not bother. Someone wrote about seats not being that comfortable. I mentioned to a steward that Qantas had a covering which was placed over the seat to make it more comfortable. A blanket put on the seat resulted and improved this problem markedly. Food was excellent as was the service. I should mention for the benefit of passengers from Brisbane, that the food and service in the SIA lounge at Brisbane International airport was exceptional.
