One of the worse experiences and I have flown with this company for years every three months from fort Myers to JFK. After flying with same carry on for years JetBlue decided to tell me that my bag is too big and customer services answer was that as of July 1st they are "enforcing" their baggage rule yet there are people All through the terminal with bigger bags then mine and I had to pay to check in my carry on when I had flown to JFK June 30th and had no idea about this change. JetBlue has lost a loyal customer and I will definitely be taking my business to another airline!!
