Having a nightmare experience right now, denied entry due to middle name not being on ID. Tried buying another ticket from them yet they would only let us buy Business class for $3300 a ticket. Made us go to another airline to purchase a new ticket of which we had no choice. Worst part, they canceled our RETURN, so now I'm stuck without a ticket home. They only care about sending me away at this point instead of helping me EDITORS COMMENT: Wow thanks for sharing your review and teaching us all a very important lesson - put in all names.
