One of the worst experiences I ever had. Was left stranded for three days with no explanation, accommodation or alternative. Customer service non existent. Will avoid Air Canada at all costs in the future (which I already did on any routes that offer alternative). Cramped, old aircraft. Long haul flights are equally bad (made YYZ - MUC with them, and then the same route with Lufthansa - night and day). "Customer help line" is outsourced in India, so you will be on hold for an hour, and then they won't be able to answer single question.
