Worst customer service ever!!!!! My husband and I booked round trip tickets and where left stranded on the way home. The flight was canceled due to weather. We where informed that the soonest Frontier could fly us out was 4 days later or they could offer us a refund. This was all that she was willing to offer while she munched on chips, she then started up a conversation with a co-worker about lunch while we where still standing there in shock. She had all of the alternate flight info from other Airlines at her computer screen in front of her but didn't help us. To add to our frustrations the company policy is to wait 7-10 business days to refund our money. I spent an hour and a half on the phone to get it back that day. We are not without blame in this situation. This is what we agreed to when we bought our tickets, it is all spelled out in their terms and conditions. I never would have guessed that a company could stay in business with such poor service. We could understand that they could not provide monetary compensation for the weather but to be provided 0 customer support after they knew we where no longer going to be flying with them is astounding.
