Frontier Airlines review by kvdd

I will never flight with Frontier ever, I agree that the cost is cheap but the service not acceptable. My experience : - Outbound flight arrived with more than 3 hours of delay. - Any information were provided for the delay and people at the desk where laughing at people when they were asking information about the delay. - Inbound flight delayed for 1 hour then 2 then 5 then cancelled. - Any help to get a hotel for the night from from Frontier, so you need to find a solution by yourself, they do not help if you need food or anything else. When we asked help at the desk they told us to call Frontier then when we call Frontier they told us to ask the desk... So I will never flight again with this company and I will not recommend Frontier
