On the 16th of August I went to JFK with the intention of getting my 11pm flight to CPH airport and getting a connecting flight from there. At check in was informed it was cancelled and that no one received texts or emails informing us of this mess. I spoke to another employee behind the desk and in short: There was no way I was getting a flight from JFK to CPH tonight. I would have to come back in the morning at 8am to try get the next one. Norwegian Air attendees were unable to contact their partner hotel. Norwegian Air live chat: I spoke to countless of different staff online. All conversations I have saved and one went as follows "We have you on a flight that is 24 hours after your original departure date" then to be told "This flight is booked up unfortunately." So being continually told that I had no place on the flights that left at 11am 11pm on the 17th of August, I constantly checked the fight status online and it had said that both of those flights on 17th of August had been cancelled/delayed. After calling customer service rather than using their live chat and being told that I would not be able to get any flight on the 18th of August. Poor communication. AVOID AVOID
