Air India is by far the worst airlines that I have flown. Prehistoric aircraft, taped up tray tables, taped up mirrors in toilets, interiors in total shambles, and non working AC are just some of the points that really need to be mentioned. Extremely rude, unprofessional and unsympathetic staff make this airline an intolerable one (A special award for Duty Manager Rane at the Chennai, India airport for his extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism). The total lack of service standards make this airline utterly disgraceful.
