We got to the Denver airport 3 1/2 hours prior to our departure knowing the traffic in the airport would be heavy. We had checked in the night before on our cell thinking we could re-print our boarding pass at the airport. well....NO would be the answer! What airline will not let you re-print a boarding pass, FRONTIER WON'T! Needless to say, 3 hours and 50 minutes later, we miss our flight and this horrible airline with the worst guest service oriented workers I have ever dealt with says to me, "You need to ge at the airport 2 hrs early to make sure this doesnt happen. So, being here 3 1/2 hours early, thats an 1 1/2 earlier than this rude person kept saying to me over and over again, "you need to be here 2 hrs before scheduled departure", and asking for my credit card to pay for the next flight out, on the next afternoon. Guest service is the only thing that keeps us coming back to use your airline. As a representative of American Express, and a traveler that is on 30 round trip flights a year, myself nor the team I work with, will NOT be using your airline again. I'll make sure to read the article in the New York Times saying that Frontier went bankrupt... again!
