I've been flying a lot with different airlines and Vietnam Airline is the first time today. Even though it is a short flight from Taipei to Ho Chi Minh city, the customer service of flight attendance is the worst I ever experience in any airlines. When I come in to the cabin, the flight attendance is rude and unwilling to help, they look at you with a grumpy face. Later, when I come to my seat, there is no space for me to put my carry on on top of my seat and people keep coming in. There is a flight attendance in front of me and I look at him in order to ask him for help to find a place for my carry on. He only looks at me and that's it. This is so frustrated! After that, they serves meal, this is the worst. Usually flight attendant will ask the customer what kind of meal they want ant will give choices. In here, they just give you the paper and you chose it yourself, the flight attendant not even say anything. Do you give charity food or something? Do all of the flight attendance broke the smiling nerve? I'm pay for this flight and I don't expect people to treat me like that. Read the magazine, they even have the Best Service in 2014 at Incheon, do you guy buy this prize?
