Air Canada review by shelby 2017-05-11

I flew charlottetown to tampa round trip with stops in montreal and toronto , wish 5 flights all together . only 1 out of 5 flights had staff that were polite or seemed to care. The worst was our flight from montreal-tampa it was 3 hours and there was a lady going through cancer treatments that was quite sick. The staff were handing out food and drinks so the carts were blocking the aisles she asked staff to use the washroom and they told her to wait till they were done . when she asked if she could use the business class bathroom because she couldnt wait she was told that wasnt allowed. It took staff over an hour to finish what they were doing before she could get to the washroom. I personally will never fly aircanada or recommend them to anyone. They have terrible customer service and dont care about passangers. Pay more for a better flight . air canada is an embarassment.
