i fly thai airways monthly between sydney and bangkok. aircraft are getting a bit old now, 747-400's. the most significant deterioration i have noticed is the cabin crew. they are more worried about looking after themselves than the passengers, and try getting a second drink! almost impossible. the crew on this sector are fairly senior and look like they would rather be elsewhere, maybe they should retire, they are very rude, unprofessional and require urgent retraining
