Air Canada review by German 2016-04-22

Air Canada is going deep down... showing some cheap attitude downgrading Premium Economy to just Economy Plus with horrible such bad experience...in just over a year already their Premium economy has been homologated to what their Star Alliance partners Air China and SAS does. Last week took YVR-NRT and the service was the same of Economy except for the main course... after that is just the same drinks, the same snack, the same lunch... the keep the divider curtains open between Economy and Economy Plus section... only closed for the main course because is different. Took PEK-YYZ yesterday and it was even worst... Economy was full with 3-4-3 configuration and PE was almost empty... there people from economy moving to PE (Economy Plus) seating there... curtain open between economy and “Premium economy” ... and were originally PE was, now they have more Business Class seats with the bathroom in the back in economy for Economy and Economy Plus passengers. From now my flights to Asia will be in SQ or CX who have a truly Premium Economy, secondly would be LH, NH or JL... with acceptable PE but never again AC, CA or SK calling PE to a cheap product and charging the same of others for muc
