Air India review by Vidit 2015-12-22

I recently traveled with Air india from mumbai to Bhopal, this was my 1st experience with this airlines and it was a very bad one . 1. Web check in didn't work , errors every time i tried . 2. The line at airport my god , i stood there for 40 min just for baggage check in , another 15 min at security . 3. At T-2 terminal every staff member of air india was rude , unhelpful and one of them shouted at me. Don't you train your staff to be polite and respectful . I don't understand how can a service provider shout at his customer for an enquiry , who the hell do they think they are . 4 . And also why is contacting air india for a feedback so difficult ,don't they want to improve your services
