On the 29th July this year I was booked on a flight from Croatia to Stansted with Easyjet. Sadly on our way to the airport there was an horrendous accident so delaying our minibus by at least an hour . When we arrived at Dubrovnik airport I had 20 minutes before take off so didn't think that there was any chance of me being able to board the plane. However the captain and staff had been kept informed of my progress and I was met outside the airport and rushed throw to the p,and by some really lovely Easyjet staff. When I actually boarded I must have looked visibly shaken because a member of the crew asked if I was alright and offered me a drink of water, which I accepted. I have flown many times with Easyjet and heard the jokes and critism however they could not have been more professional and helpful. Thank you Easyjet and I will definitely be using you again
