I was on a business trip from Saigon to Zurich with Thai Airways. It was a perfect service from Saigon to Bangkok and Bangkok to Zurich. Business class cabins and service level for the short to long haul flights were as expected. However , on the way back to Saigon, I had to fly to Stockholm first from Zurich with SAS before I could connect with Thai Airways flight going back to Bangkok and then Vietnam. Realised that this was a short haul flight so I did not expect much until I boarded the plane. There was no difference between business class seats from economy ones. I was assigned a middle seat and beside me were 2 tall and broad build passengers. Both me and the two gentlemen seating next to me were very uncomfortable for this two and half hour flight. I had my jacket hung on the wall hook and was asked by one of the crew to take my jacket and wear it for take off. I could not even hold it, and the crew did not even offer to hang it in the closet for me. We were given lunch in a paper box, I did not have any expectation of plane food but come on, how could they serve lunch in a paper box in business class? I had a very bad experience and will avoid flying with SAS. EDITORS COMMENT: yeah SAS don't really do Business Class on inter Europe flights - it just doesn't exist.
