Hands down the worst airline I've ever experienced. Extremely disorganized and lines took forever .. Not one person knew what they were doing. And when I got to the front of the line after waiting 40 minutes to check in, they told me my flight was cancelled. The lady at the desk told me there was nothing she could do about it and couldn't get me on another flight until 3 days later!!! Which could not work for me. So I asked her for a voucher and she said they don't do that and to talk to customer relations. After walking aimlessly around the airport for 20 minutes I realized there was no frontier customer relations and had to seek help else where. The desk people were extremely rude and not accommodating whatsoever. Extremely disappointed this is the last time I was ever fly with them .. It's worth paying extra to fly with a different airline. Absolutely worst experience never again !!!! Do not fly !!!!!
