In May 2016 I booked a World Travellers Plus ticket from London to Johannesburg and return for my wife. This was changed a few days later to return from Cape Town rather than Johannesburg and I was advised there would be an additional charge and I agreed that this charge should be taken from the Debit card, which I had paid the initial ticket for. We checked the BA website and all the details were adjusted and marked as confirmed. At the end of August 2016 I received an email asking me to contact BA, which I did. I was asked if I had adjusted the return ticket from Johannesburg to Cape Town that I confirmed I did and I asked if there were any problem with the ticket as my wife was travelling on her own and the customer services agent confirmed everything was in order and I was not asked for an additional payment for the flight change. I could not understand the purpose and raised the issue when I had another email from BA asking for experience with the BA Contact Centre. I never received a reply. On 22 September I booked the outgoing flight with out any difficulty and my wife checked in at Heathrow without being asked for any additional pay
